§ 90.31 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
It is unlawful for the owner or the person in possession or custody of any horse, cattle, swine, sheep, goat, or other animal to permit or suffer the same to run at large, or to trespass upon the premises of any other person or persons within the city.
