(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

(C) In addition to the impounding of such animal or other penalties prescribed, the owner of the animal and the occupant of the property on which the animal is being kept or harbored during the times that the animal is disturbing the peace in violation of § 90.25 shall be subject to a penalty as prescribed in § 10.99.
