§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 75.20 to 75.24 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in § 10.99.

   (C)   A violation of §§ 75.35 to 75.44 shall be punishable as prescribed in § 10.99.
