§ 75.44 RIDING BICYCLE WHILE ATTACHED TO OTHER VEHICLE PROHIBITED.
No person shall ride or operate a bicycle by holding on, clinging to, or attaching such bicycle in any manner to any other vehicle on any public highway or street.
