§ 75.56 ATTACHING TO MOVING VEHICLE.
It is unlawful for any person traveling upon any bicycle, coaster, sled, ski, roller skates, or other toy vehicle, to cling to or attach himself, herself, or his or her vehicle to any other moving vehicle upon any street or roadway within this city.
