§ 75.37 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No resident of the city shall ride or use a bicycle upon any public street, highway, or boulevard in the city unless the same shall have been registered with the city.
   (B)   Every owner who is a resident of the city shall list and register with the City Police Department his or her bicycle providing such information as is needed by the Police Department for proper registration.
