(A) It is unlawful to operate a snowmobile on the streets, alleys, roadways, or other public places within the city limits unless the operator has a valid driver’s license or permit and proof of insurance in his or her possession.
(B) It is unlawful for the owner of a snowmobile to permit the snowmobile to be operated contrary to the provisions of the section.
(C) It is unlawful to operate a snowmobile on any street, alley, roadway, or other public place in the city limits as authorized in this subchapter unless the snowmobile shall have current license and registration.
