§ 11.01 DIVISION OF CITY AND PURPOSE.

   The city is divided into three wards as set out in the following sections of this chapter. The purpose of the chapter is to ensure the city’s wards and voting districts are apportioned in accordance with federal law.

§ 11.02 WARD I.

   Ward I shall comprise of all the territory within the corporate city limits lying north of Highway 12 (4th Avenue) and that area north of County 10 (Milbank Avenue); east of Highway 15, south of Diggs Avenue, east of Fair Street.

§ 11.03 WARD II.

   Ward II shall comprise of all the territory within the corporate city limits lying south of Highway 12 (4th Avenue) to County 10 (Milbank Avenue) and that area south of County 10 (Milbank Avenue); east of Highway 15, north of 10th Avenue; except that part east of Viola Street south of 7th Avenue.

§ 11.04 WARD III.

   Ward III shall comprise of all the territory within the corporate city limits lying south of 7th Avenue from Viola Street east to city limits; south of 10th Avenue; all area west of Highway 15; east of Highway 15 north of Diggs Avenue and west of Fair Street.
