For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOULEVARD. The portion of the street between the curb lines or lateral lines of a roadway and the adjacent property lines, but not including the portion designated as sidewalk.
OPERATE. To control the operation of the snowmobile.
OPERATOR. Any person who operates or who is in actual physical control of a snowmobile.
OWNER. Any person other than a lien holder having legal title to a snowmobile and entitled to the use or possession thereof.
SNOWMOBILE. Any engine-driven vehicle of a type which uses sled type runners, wheels, or skis with an endless belt tread or similar means of contact with the surface upon which it is operated. A SNOWMOBILE is considered a vehicle as defined in § 70.01.
