§ 73.03 DYNAMIC BRAKING OR AIR-BRAKING PROHIBITED.
   A DYNAMIC BRAKING DEVICE is a device used on vehicles that converts the engine from an internal combustion engine to an air compressor for the purpose of braking without the use of wheel brakes, commonly referred to as “engine brakes”, “compression brakes”, or “Jake brakes”. It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle within the city with a dynamic braking device engaged except for the aversion of imminent danger.
