§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as set forth in § 10.99. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
