((A) Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) All fines and penalties heretofore adopted by the town shall be imposed upon the violation of any of the provisions of § 70.01.
(C) (1) Any motorized cart operating within the town limits without the proper registration or in violation of § 70.02 shall be towed and impounded at the owner’s expense.
(2) Any person violating any provision of § 70.02 shall be punished by a fine for the first offense of not less than $50; for the second offense, not less than $100. If a third offense is committed within one year of the conviction of the second offense, the minimum fine shall be $300 and the owner’s registration shall be revoked. If a registration is revoked, the owner shall pay a re- registration fee of $300.
(3) Any further violation of § 70.02 may be subject to a fine as set forth in this section and subject to prosecution in a Ripley County Court of Law.
(D) Any violation of § 70.15 may be punishable by a fine up to $50.
