(A) All trucks or other commercial vehicles operating with a gross weight of 20,000 pounds or more are prohibited from operating on Carr Street from 430 East Carr Street to 813 East Carr Street.
(B) Trucks or commercial vehicles with a gross weight of 20,000 pounds or more are prohibited from operating or parking on all other streets and alleys located in the town, except for the purpose of making local deliveries.
(C) This section shall be in full force and effect upon the later of its adoption and the erection and maintenance of signs at each end of the street or part thereof for which the weight restrictions are applicable.
