§ 93.01 HOURS OF TOWN PARK USE.

   The town park shall be closed to the public from dusk until dawn, daily, except to those persons going to, attending, playing or leaving from the lighted ball fields in connection with an organized event.

§ 93.02 TOBACCO-FREE ZONES.

   (A)   The use of any tobacco products during any youth activities in any parks owned or operated by the town shall be prohibited within 75 feet of any athletic field, shelter structure, concession stand, restrooms and bleachers located in the town's public parks.

   (B)   The Town Manager is directed to acquire appropriate signs to advise persons visiting the town's parks of this section.

§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   There is hereby imposed upon any person found in violation of § 93.02 the sum of $50.
