The tree list attached to Ord. 249-04-02 constitutes some deciduous shade and ornamental trees for Ohio by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the official street tree species for the Village of Milan, State of Ohio. No species other than those included in the list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the Village Tree Commission. This list shall be reviewed and updated annually by the Tree Commission.
