There is hereby created and established a Village Tree Commission for the Village of Milan, State of Ohio, which shall consist of five members, citizens and residents of this Village, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. In addition, the Commission shall have the right to call in consultants as they see fit with the approval of Council. The Village Administrator, Street Superintendent, Utilities Superintendent, and the chairman of the streets, sidewalks, and trees committee will be advisory members.
