151.21 PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF HEALTH INSURANCE.

In the event the Village offers health insurance to its employees and an eligible employee elects not to participate in the Village health insurance, he or she shall be entitled to a monthly payment of one-half the monthly premium of a single policy. This policy shall be effective December 17, 2014.
