(a) All sewer tapping and/or sewer building or excavating for, or tapping or constructing any sewer, water main or any other service in any street, alley or public grounds or reconnection of any sewer building or excavating for, or tapping or constructing any sewer, water main or any other service in any street, alley or public grounds in the Village shall be inspected by the Waste Water Superintendent of the Village and he shall be notified by the person doing the work when the same is ready for inspection. All work and the trench in which the same is laid shall be kept open, free and clear so that all the work is accessible at the time of inspection. The inspector shall keep a record of the location of tap, type of construction and for the inspection of each sewer tapping and sewer building job a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged which shall entitle the person doing the work to not more than two inspections, and shall be nonrefundable. Any additional inspection, if required, shall be at a rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per inspection. The inspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid at the time the permit is secured.

(b) The installation and inspection of plumbing within the Village shall be under the provisions and conditions of the Erie County Board of Health Regulations.
