(A) Rates and charges for water use and service are hereby established for connection into the municipal water system and the use thereof in the amounts set forth in the table which follows and in § 34.30
above. All water sold shall be on the basis of meter readings except in the case of minimum charges.

(B) The city establishes the following Residential Equivalency Charges (REC) so each user of the city water and sewer system shall be paying a fair price for their proportionate use of the system. The REC for a facility not included in the list below will be determined by the City Council.
