§ 92.38 UTILITY POLES RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, company, or corporation or any agent or employee thereof within the limits of this municipality to use or erect or cause to be erected any electric light pole, or telegraph or telephone pole of any description, within the boundaries of any street or highway without consent of the Council.
