The Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction and the authority to enforce any violations herein provided for and any violations of KRS 65.8840 and to enforce §§ 92.20 through 92.47 and §§ 152.02 through 152.09 of this Code and compel compliance with the other of the city and Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning Commission Building and Zoning ordinances, including, building, construction, maintenance and occupational license ordinances.
