§ 90.15 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   It is unlawful for any person to unnecessarily beat, torture or otherwise mistreat any animal.

§ 90.16 KILLING OR INJURING SQUIRRELS, RABBITS, OR BIRDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, injure, pursue, molest or attempt to injure any squirrels, rabbits, or birds.

§ 90.17 ABANDONING AN ANIMAL.
   No person shall abandon any domesticated animal.

§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any violator shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $250, or confined in the Woodford County Detention Center for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
