§ 110.45 LIFEGUARDS REQUIRED; PERMIT.

(A) No person shall operate a swimming pool or bathing place within the city unless there is in attendance at the pools or places, at all hours during which the pools or places are open, a lifeguard or lifeguards duly qualified under the provisions of this subchapter.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to employ any lifeguard unless the lifeguard has obtained a permit in writing from the Director of Health.
