§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   A violation of any provision of § 90.50 shall be enforced pursuant to procedure and requirements provided for in the § 10.99, and shall constitute either a misdemeanor or, at the election of the town, shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of $50 upon the issuance of a citation for said violation.
      (2)   The procedure set forth in § 90.50 shall be in addition to any other remedies that may now or hereafter exist under law for the regulation of panhandling, begging, soliciting, or otherwise canvassing the public for contributions for the private benefit of the beggar/solicitor or any other person.
