§ 1836.01 FEES.
   (a)   Each person, firm, governmental entity or corporation operating or proposing to operate a manufactured home park shall be charged an annual fee for the right to operate such a park as set forth below:
      (1)   For manufactured home parks with 49 or fewer lots, the annual fee shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
      (2)   For manufactured home parks with 50 or more lots, the fee shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) plus one dollar and eighty-three cents ($1.83) for each additional lot.
      (3)   Any licensee who fails to file a renewal application, postmarked by December 31, 2011 with the appropriate license fee, shall be assessed a penalty fee in the amount of 25% of the City license fee, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3709.09.
   (b)   The cost of a license for manufactured home parks, as defined in Ohio R.C. 3733.01, shall include, in addition to the fees set forth above, an amount to be determined by the Public Health Council, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3733.02 and 3733.04.
