§ 1810.99 PENALTY.
   Each person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, including orders by the Board of Health and Environment, the Health Commissioner or the Rabies Control Authority, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each violation or failure to comply with any of the provisions in this chapter, including orders issued by the Board of Health and Environment, the Health Commissioner or the Rabies Control Authority shall constitute a separate offense.
