§ 1612.03 PAPER BALLOONS.

No person shall offer, sell at retail, loan or give to any retail dealer or any other person located within the City, any balloon made of paper to which may be attached a burning light or flame. No person shall cause to ascend any such paper balloon to which is attached a burning light or flame.
