§ 1608.04 SPECIAL FIREFIGHTERS FOR CIRCUS TENTS.
   Uniformed members of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be detailed to all circuses, carnivals, exhibitions or other places using tents where large crowds assemble. Additional uniformed firefighters shall be hired as required by the Chief of the Division of Fire. They shall familiarize themselves with all fire protection facilities and fire prevention features and with the condition of exits and shall patrol the entire area of the tent during the time it is occupied. Special police officers or firefighters should see that overcrowding is not permitted, that aisles and exitways are kept open and that no-smoking rules are observed.
