§ 1608.03 AUTHORITY OF MEMBERS OF BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION.

Members of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall have all the powers of patrolmen of the Division of Police while engaged in enforcing the provisions of this Part Sixteen - the Fire Prevention Code or any other fire prevention regulation.
