§ 1460.07 APPEAL TO COMMON PLEAS COURT.
The parties to any hearing or appeal before the Board may seek review in the Court of Common Pleas to the extent and in the manner permitted by law. Any failure to seek review of the decision of a "hearing panel" to the Board will be considered a failure to exhaust one's administrative remedies.
