§ 1454.99 PENALTY.

Any person who fails to comply with any of the notification requirements of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Each day during which noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
