Any person who files a complaint or otherwise initiates a foreclosure involving real property located within the corporate limits of the City, shall notify the City of the filing of the foreclosure complaint within ten days after filing the complaint with the relevant court, by filing with the Department of Community Revitalization, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio 45042 a complete copy of the complaint and the contact name, address and phone number of the complainant.
