No person shall construct, enlarge or alter any private swimming pool or accessory structures thereto until plans have been submitted and a permit has been obtained from the Division of Building Inspection. Such plans shall accurately show the dimensions and construction of the pool and appurtenances, and properly establish distances to lot lines, buildings, and walks and shall show location and height of required fencing. For in-ground pools, details of the water supply system and drainage and disposal system shall be indicated. Public and commercial pools shall require a zoning permit to set location only and permits and inspections shall be under the jurisdiction of the State of Ohio. Vertical elevations and sections through the pool showing depth shall also be included.
