PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL means a residential swimming pool, indoors or outdoors, hot tub or spa located above ground, on ground or in-ground used or intended to be used for swimming or bathing solely by the owner or his or her tenant, the family of such owner or tenant and by friends invited without payment of any fee.
