§ 1440.01 FIRE ZONE ESTABLISHED.
   The following shall constitute and be known as the Fire Zone of the City for all purposes affecting or relating to the construction, alteration or repair of buildings within the boundaries of such zone:
   (a)   Beginning at the Great Miami River and Second Avenue, east to Verity Parkway; thence south to the junction of Verity Parkway and Clinton Street; thence north on Clinton Street to First Avenue; thence east to Curtis Street; thence north to the first alley south of Central Avenue; thence east along such alley and Philadelphia Avenue to Grimes Street; thence south to First Avenue; thence east to Moore Street; thence north along the extension of Moore Street to Manchester Avenue; thence west to Grimes Street; thence south to an alley between Central Avenue and Manchester Avenue; thence west to Clark Street; thence north to Manchester Avenue; thence west to Webster Street; thence north to the junction of Webster Street and Verity Parkway; thence south on Verity Parkway to Columbia Avenue; thence west to Main Street; thence north to Middletown Hydraulic Canal and a line projected west to the Great Miami River; thence along the Great Miami River to the place of beginning; and
   (b)   Beginning at a point at the intersection of Main Street and Tytus Avenue at the Canal Bridge, continuing northeast on Tytus Avenue to the intersection of Tytus Avenue, Verity Parkway and Clark Street; thence south on Clark Street to Flemming Road; thence east on Flemming Road to an alley which extends from Iglehart Street; thence south on such alley to the intersection of Iglehart Street and Vail Avenue; thence west on Vail Avenue to Clark Street; thence north on Clark Street to Manchester Avenue; thence west on Manchester Avenue to Webster Street; thence north on Webster Street to Reinartz Boulevard; thence west on Reinartz Boulevard to Verity Parkway; thence south on Verity Parkway to Columbia Avenue; thence west on Columbia Avenue to Main Street; thence north on Main Street to Tytus Avenue; thence to the place of beginning.
