If, as a result of an inspection of any dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming unit by the Health Commissioner, or his or her assistant, there is discovered any condition enumerated in the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in § 1436.01, the Health Commissioner shall report such condition to the Chief Building Official within 24 hours of his or her inspection.
