Fees for the issuance of a permit and the subsequent inspection of the work performed under the permit are as follows:
(a) Residential.
(1) New construction:
A. Single-family: one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit over 15 circuits.
B. Multifamily: one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) per unit.
(2) Alterations or remodeling:
A. Interior alterations: eighty-five dollars ($85.00) base + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit.
B. Additions: eighty-five dollars ($85.00) base + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit.
(b) Commercial and industrial:
(1) New construction:
A. Building: two hundred ten dollars ($210.00) base + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit.
(2) Alterations or remodeling:
A. Interior alterations: one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit.
B. Additions: one hundred and forty-five dollars ($145.00) base + seven dollars ($7.00) per circuit added.
(c) Miscellaneous Single Inspections: Such as, but not limited to: construction poles, service changes, signs, temporary service: eighty-five dollars ($85.00).
(d) Wiring for HVAC Replacement: eighty-five dollars ($85.00).
(e) All Reinspections: sixty dollars ($60.00).
