(a) Superintendent of Inspection for the City shall enforce the provisions of this chapter
(b) Should there be any change in interpretation of the provisions of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in § 1420.01, by any official of the City with power to so interpret, such change shall be transmitted to all Master A licensees at least 30 days before such interpretation becomes effective.
