§ 1420.01 NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE ADOPTED.

   Pursuant to Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the current edition of the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the State of Ohio, designated NFPA No. 70, and sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions as are hereinafter amended or deleted.

§ 1420.02 FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES.

   At least one copy of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in § 1420.01, shall be on file in the office of the Clerk of the City Council for inspection by the public.

§ 1420.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

   In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in § 1420.01, and any provision of this Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance, the local provision shall prevail.
