(a) Inspections conducted by the Division of Building Inspection as required by Part Fourteen of the Codified Ordinances, Building and Housing Code, will be available outside regular business hours which are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All such inspections shall be scheduled with the Division of Building Inspection by the person applying for the permit. The Chief Building Inspector may establish guidelines for the scheduling and conduct of inspections outside regular business hours.
(b) A fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) per hour shall be charged for inspection required by Part Fourteen of the Codified Ordinances, Building and Housing Code, conducted by the Division of Building Inspection outside regular business hours. There shall be a minimum fee for one hour. This fee is in addition to all other fees to be paid under the Building and Housing Code, including, but not limited to, Chapters 1406, 1418, 1424 and 1432 of the Codified Ordinances.
