(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 1070.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor except that:
(1) Whoever fails to comply with § 1070.02(b)(2), (c)(4), (c)(5) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(2) Whoever violates § 1070.02(i)(2) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(3) Whoever violates § 1070.02(d)(4) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(4) Whoever violates § 1070.02(d)(1), (d)(2), (g)(1) or (g)(2) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Penalties for all offenses shall be in accordance with Chapter 698 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown.
(c) The penalties set forth in this section shall be in addition to the penalties prescribed by otherwise applicable law.
