(a) Approval of updated Solid Waste Management Plan. The City Council hereby approves the plan, a true and correct copy of which was provided to the office of the City Council, together with revisions to the adopted plan.
(b) Compliance with Open Meeting Law. It is hereby determined that all formal actions of the City Council relating to the adoption of this section were taken in an open meeting and that all deliberations were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
