§ 1066.04 TRUCKS FOR HAULING.

Any truck used for hauling garbage shall have an enclosed and watertight body. Trucks used exclusively for hauling of rubbish shall be equipped with sideboards and tarpaulins to prevent the spilling of materials therefrom.
