§ 1065.01 MEDICAL TREATMENT FEES FOR INMATES.
   (a)   The following fees are hereby established for City jail inmates to pay for medical services:
      (1)   Visit by doctor or nurse: five dollars ($5.00).
      (2)   Transport of inmate to outside facility: five dollars ($5.00).
      (3)   Prescription paid by City: two dollars ($2.00).
   (b)   If an inmate of the City jail has medical insurance coverage, the inmate shall be responsible for all medical expenses included in such coverage.
   (c)   The fees charged to inmates under division (a) hereof shall be deducted from the inmate's commissary account. If the inmate has no money in his or her commissary account, these medical services will be provided without cost.
