(a) All burials must be authorized by the City.
(b) City personnel will locate the burial spaces when needed.
(c) Interments into a burial space are restricted to those entitled to interment therein according to these rules and regulations.
(d) Interment in a lot or burial space shall be allowed if space is available.
(e) Because of environmental issues and concerns, no interment of a casket or urn can be made unless there has been provided an outer container with strength to resist deterioration. Outer burial containers must be constructed of material meeting the standards of the funeral industry.
(f) The scattering of cremated remains in the cemetery is prohibited.
(g) The City does not participate in funeral arrangements other than the location of, or opening and closing of, burial spaces.
