§ 1060.01 PROMULGATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary for the safe and efficient operation and use of the Municipal Airport, including rules and regulations for the erection of signs and the reporting of accidents at the Airport.

(b) No person shall violate or fail to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to division (a) hereof.
