§ 1042.01 WATER FURNISHED FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.

   (a)   No charge shall be made or assessed for water or water services in the following City divisions and places within the corporate limits:

      (1)   Division of Parks and Recreation;

      (2)   Fire Division;

      (3)   City Building;

      (4)   Treatment Facilities;

      (5)   City Garage and other Public Works facilities; and

      (6)   Public drinking fountains.

   (b)   However, such users shall be metered, where practical, and records kept of the water consumed by each.
