§ 1036.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not more than 60 days or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
