In accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 4939.05, each person submitting an application for a permit shall pay a fee, as determined by the City Engineer, for its administrative costs related to the application and inspection and review of the work performed in the right-of-way.
(a) The City Engineer shall develop and maintain a schedule of permit fees based on fair and reasonable criteria.
(b) The calculations used to determine the permit fees shall be made available for review by the permit applicant.
(c) Concrete work. The permit process and fees charged for concrete work in the right-of-way are set forth in Chapter 1022.
