§ 1022.10 PROMULGATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(a) The Engineering and Environmental Services Director is hereby authorized to make and adopt such rules and regulations governing the exercise of permits issued under this chapter as he or she may deem necessary and proper for the administration of this chapter.

(b) No person shall violate or fail to comply with any such rule or regulation.
